Great value for money, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient, close to the railway station and city center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even adjusting the breakfast time for my early departure.

The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more options for pillows.

The hotel is located near the train station, making it very convenient for us as a family with two small kids. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom had a good shower and enough room for our toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great hints for exploring the area. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious food.

Some of the pillows were of poor quality, which was a bit disappointing.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The antique furniture and beautiful floral wallpapers reminded me of my childhood home. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were tastefully decorated and provided a comfortable space to relax and chat with other guests. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. The corridors were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a handrail in the bathroom. It would have been helpful for getting in and out of the shower safely.

We had a wonderful stay at Willa Na Cichej Bed & Breakfast. The building and the rooms were renovated, bright, and clean. The shared kitchen was a great convenience for heating up our own meals. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the convenient location near the train station made it easy for us to explore the city center, restaurants, and shops. The breakfasts were tasty, and we especially loved the afternoon coffee and cake. Finding a free parking place was never a problem, even during the busy winter holiday season. It was definitely a great value for money.

The hotel had a great database area for the kids and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The cleanliness was impressive, and the breakfasts were delicious. The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious. We would definitely come back if we visit again!

The Karkonosze National Park is just breathtaking! So glad I took the hiking trails. The Dinosaur Park was surprisingly fun too. And getting a password to the handle? Just like being a secret agent!
